What you'll do

• Lead two distributed engineering squads
• Set clear performance expectations and improve team collaboration
• Engage with customers to inform roadmaps
• Partner with Product and Design teams to set priorities
• Oversee delivery from discovery through rollout
• Improve planning and decision-making processes
• Set engineering direction for frontend foundations
• Participate in on-call management
