Senior Engineering Manager - Partner Ecosystem

The team

Communication and Connectivity team, within the Guest & Host organization; focused on the connectivity branch.

What you'll do

• Set the third-party supply growth strategy and technical roadmap with cross-functional leaders
• Define and lead the platform’s technical and AI strategy
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Business Development, and senior leadership to align priorities and deliver milestones
• Work with business and third-party partners to select partnerships and deliver reliable, high-quality integrations

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience building, leading, and architecting enterprise-scale full-stack products and systems
• Experience applying modern AI technologies to products and development cycles
• Technical leadership in setting project direction and partnering cross-functionally with Product and Data Science
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing skills

Nice to have

• Experience designing and building external-facing APIs
• Experience with AI agent integration
