- Work with Field Engineering, Support, and Sales teams
- Lead cross-organizational efforts

What we're looking for
- 1+ year as an Engineering manager
- Solid engineering track record
- Experience managing production on-call rotations
- Experience in controlled software environments
- Kubernetes and AWS fluency
- Comfort with customer-facing interactions
- Strong prioritization skills
- Hiring and onboarding experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with observability / OpenTelemetry
- Hands-on coding experience
- Background in Go, Terraform, Kafka
