What we're looking for
- 1+ year as Engineering manager for a senior team
- Solid track record as an engineer
- Managed production on-call rotation
- Experience with software in non-controlled environments
- Fluency in Kubernetes and AWS
- Comfort with customer-facing roles

- Familiarity with observability/OpenTelemetry
