What you'll do

- Lead continuous monitoring activities
- Run annual 3PAO assessments
- Assess security impacts of system changes
- Build relationships with federal agencies
- Coordinate security incident response
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of information security experience
- Deep knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5
- Experience authoring and maintaining System Security Plans
- Hands-on POA&M management experience
- Direct experience running a continuous monitoring program
- Experience with Third Party Assessment Organizations
- Ability to use automation and AI tools
- Familiarity with cloud environments
Nice to have
- Experience with FedRAMP High, IL4, or IL5 baseline
- Familiarity with OSCAL
- Experience with compliance-as-code pipelines
- Experience evaluating AI/ML capabilities
- Knowledge of DISA STIGs
- Active federal security clearance
