What you'll do
- Implement AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
- Modernize FP&A processes with driver-based forecasting, KPI analysis, and strategic insights.
- Model and evaluate enterprise software, AI licensing, and modernization initiatives.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for EPT and Fintech.
- Prepare clear financial presentations for senior leaders.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
- At least 3 years of finance experience, ideally in FP&A at a public company.
- Experience using AI tools to improve processes and build scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to work effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code, or Google Antigravity.
- Corporate FP&A experience and familiarity with TM1, OFA, Hyperion, or similar finance applications.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
- Python or SQL coding experience.
