What you'll do
- Partner with technology teams to implement AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines for finance processes.
- Develop driver-based forecasts, KPI metrics, and strategic financial insights.
- Build financial models and evaluate enterprise software, AI licensing, and modernization initiatives.
- Support annual planning and budgeting across departments.
- Partner with Enterprise Platform & Technology and Fintech on forecasting and performance reporting.
- Prepare concise financial presentations for senior leadership.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
- At least 3 years of finance experience, ideally in FP&A at a public company.
- Experience using AI tools to improve processes and build scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code, or Google Antigravity.
- Corporate FP&A experience and familiarity with TM1, OFA, or Hyperion.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
- Python or SQL experience.
