What you'll do
- Implement AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations
- Use AI tools to improve driver-based forecasting, KPI reporting, and strategic analysis
- Build financial models and evaluate enterprise software, AI licensing, and modernization initiatives
- Support annual planning and budgeting across departments
- Partner with EPT and Fintech on forecasting and performance reporting
- Prepare clear financial presentations for senior leadership
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
- At least 3 years of finance experience, ideally in FP&A at a public company
- Experience using AI tools to improve processes and build scalable solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code, or Google Antigravity
- Corporate FP&A experience and familiarity with TM1, OFA, Hyperion, or similar finance applications
- Experience leading continuous-improvement projects with measurable results
- Python or SQL experience
