What you'll do
- Build and ship features across backend services, APIs, dashboards, and developer-facing UIs
- Develop APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP, and web application tooling for developers and agents
- Work with customers to understand their use cases and shape product features
- Design reliable, performant systems as usage grows
- Shape the product roadmap and own technical decisions
- Maintain the open-source repository and engage with its community
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience at senior level or above
- Strong backend fundamentals in APIs, databases, distributed systems, and performance
- Comfortable building across the stack with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Product-minded, proactive communicator who works effectively in a remote-first environment
- Developer empathy, pragmatic problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously amid ambiguity
- Based in North America, LATAM, or Europe
Nice to have
- Production experience building agents or agent infrastructure, including tool calling, orchestration, evals, or MCP
- Customer-facing experience in a forward-deployed, solutions, or developer-facing role
- Experience shipping polished dashboards or developer UIs
- Experience building developer tools or open-source projects
