Join the Customer & Cardholder Experiences team as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and develop innovative user interfaces and backend services. You will collaboratively solve ambiguous problems while leading project milestones and mentoring junior team members.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and improve user interfaces and backend services
• Define and deliver project milestones and lead technical projects
• Keep customer needs in mind while delivering solutions
• Mentor less-experienced team members
• Write clear and adaptable code
• Identify and propose innovative solutions
• Lead design for medium components/features
• Participate in on-call coverage

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of backend experience in an OOP language
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWTs, and user session management
• Experience in Java backend stack with Spring Boot
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience in JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience developing scalable microservices
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experienced in the Payments or Fintech industry
• Experience with modern frontend technologies like React, Angular, or VueJS
• Experience with distributed systems and load balancing
