What you'll do
- Own technical projects from problem framing through rollout, user feedback, and outcome measurement.
- Build intuitive user experiences and contribute to APIs and backend functionality.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing.
- Participate in on-call, incident response, and customer escalations.
- Collaborate across squads and share work through demos and technical discussions.
What we're looking for
- Production experience building and maintaining applications with React and TypeScript.
- Comfort contributing to backend services and APIs.
- Experience delivering complex projects and mentoring engineers.
- Experience operating production software, including on-call and incident response.
- Clear communication in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Practical use of AI coding tools, with care to validate their output.
Nice to have
- Open-source contributions or maintainership.
- Interest or experience in observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Experience with databases, SQL, or database performance monitoring.
