What you'll do
- Build and ship consumer-facing features and lightweight experiments in React Native and TypeScript.
- Own experiments from hypothesis and implementation through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Improve onboarding, activation, and feature discovery to increase conversion, engagement, and trading revenue.
- Build viral acquisition and value-add growth features.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs to deliver experiments across the stack.
- Analyze experiment results and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop features.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of software development experience building large-scale consumer applications.
- Strong hands-on React and React Native experience.
- Experience running consumer growth experiments with measurable impact on product metrics.
- Backend proficiency to design and implement services and APIs.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, including APIs, WebSockets, real-time systems, and mobile performance.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, feature flags, product analytics, funnels, and cohorts.
- End-to-end product ownership and ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
- Willingness to learn Rust.
Nice to have
- Fintech, digital banking, payments, trading, or crypto product experience.
- Statsig or comparable experimentation platform experience.
- Rust experience.
- SQL and self-serve analytics experience.
- Fluency with AI tools and development workflows.
- Native iOS or Android development, distributed systems, microservices, or hyperscale consumer technology experience.
