Senior Growth Marketing Manager (App Installs)

The team

Marketing & Communications, User Acquisition

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, test, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns
• Scale app install campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other paid channels
• Run channel and creative tests and measure incremental lift
• Model campaign performance and optimize spend for profitable growth

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of digital advertising experience; 2+ years marketing consumer apps preferred
• Hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising, including Google Ads or Apple Ads
• Demonstrated success profitably scaling app install campaigns and improving unit economics
• Experience designing incrementality tests such as geo holdouts and lift studies
• Advanced skills in app economics, LTV and payback modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning
• Experience running ongoing creative testing
• Familiarity with non-digital paid media such as CTV or TV
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
