- Translate financial targets into operational plans
- Build the end-to-end view of the sales process
- Represent GTM in cross-functional conversations
- Design and maintain reporting cadence

- Translate business decisions into a clear narrative
- Maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM operations
- Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
- Fluency in analytics and reporting infrastructure
- Ability to translate complex inputs into executive narratives
- Experience partnering with Finance, Product, and GTM
- Strong analytical foundation for modeling and auditing
- AI fluency for automating workflows
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence
