What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional programs from definition through execution across GTM and company priorities.
- Translate ambiguous goals into outcomes, workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
- Coordinate new product launches through formal stage-gate processes.
- Build operating rhythms and frameworks that surface progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Establish governance for GTM knowledge and content, including ownership and review processes.
- Prepare concise executive updates highlighting risks, tradeoffs, recommendations, and decisions.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in strategic program management, business operations, GTM strategy and operations, transformation, consulting, or a related technology/SaaS role.
- Experience in a channel-led or channel-centric go-to-market environment.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with executives, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- New product introduction experience, from planning through launch and execution.
- Ability to facilitate senior-level discussions and drive clear decisions.
- Ability to build practical accountability and visibility mechanisms without unnecessary process.
- Experience using AI, automation, and modern program-management tools to improve execution.
