What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of benefits, leave administration, immigration, and employment law
- Experience running performance cycles and engagement surveys
- Strong HRIS skills, preferably with Rippling
- Excellent communication skills and credibility
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
