What you'll do
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals
- Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure labor-law and policy compliance; conduct audits and address gaps
- Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and external HR service providers
- Lead or support HR technology projects and change initiatives
- Provide timely, people-centric support to employees
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of HR operations experience, including process design and optimization
- Advanced HRIS, data management, and HR reporting skills
- Experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders
- Current knowledge of HR technology trends
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
