What you'll do
- Manage several customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and handoff.
- Configure pricing, tariffs, billing, crew pay, and sales and driver commissions.
- Design multi-location and franchise account structures and reusable templates.
- Set up and troubleshoot accounting integrations with Sage Intacct or QuickBooks.
- Connect customers to van-line systems and resolve data-flow issues.
- Configure voice agents and Autopilot workflows, and evaluate their performance.
- Translate customer issues into actionable bug reports and product requests.
- Train customer teams and improve implementation templates, checklists, QA, and handoff processes.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years implementing or configuring complex business software and owning customer go-lives.
- Understanding of general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, and reconciliation.
- Ability to translate rates and commission rules into system logic and identify edge cases.
- Technical troubleshooting familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with customers in writing and training.
- Comfort working with low-tech users and developing processes where documentation is limited.
- Regular use of AI tools to improve work.
Nice to have
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in construction, home services, fleet, or logistics.
- SQL or light scripting skills.
- Moving, van-line, or relocation industry experience.
