Senior Implementation Project Manager

About this role

Lead enterprise SaaS and AI implementations for Kalepa’s strategic insurance clients, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Help build the company’s global project management practice and improve its delivery processes.

Kalepa builds AI systems for insurers that help automate underwriting, risk analysis, and related insurance workflows. It serves carriers, MGAs, and brokers looking to speed up submission processing and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from sales scoping and transition to implementation and closeout
• Translate client objectives into project plans and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinate with client executives and internal teams, including Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering
• Manage change requests, budget updates, project risks, and mitigation plans
• Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in project management
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS or AI software
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• External client-facing experience and strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of SOWs, project budgets, and resourcing
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; some travel required

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, technology implementations, or consulting
