What you'll do
- Support incident management and improve incident procedures
- Improve vulnerability scanning, remediation workflows, and security education for engineers
- Build tools and processes to streamline customer security questionnaire responses
- Assess business continuity risks and develop and exercise disaster recovery plans
- Support infrastructure for new features and services
- Automate infrastructure management and deployments
- Manage and optimize GCP and GKE environments
- Improve observability, alerting, performance monitoring, and capacity planning
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure management and automation experience
- Experience achieving SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or similar certifications
- Experience with Node.js or Python in microservices architectures
- 3+ years of cloud provider experience, preferably GCP
- 3+ years managing production Kubernetes clusters
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queues, and event-driven architecture
- Focus on supporting internal engineering teams
