What you'll do
- Administer and improve enterprise platforms, configurations, and access controls
- Build, test, document, and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and self-service solutions
- Investigate complex escalations and address root causes with durable improvements
- Lead systems projects from requirements through rollout, monitoring, and operational handoff
- Support secure enterprise technology use and future Federal environment requirements
What we're looking for
- Eight or more years of relevant IT systems engineering experience or equivalent senior-level ownership
- Hands-on engineering and administration across multiple enterprise platforms
- Experience building and maintaining automations, integrations, or self-service solutions using APIs, scripting, or automation platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs and command-line tools
- Sound judgment in security, access controls, testing, change management, rollback, and maintenance trade-offs
- Ability to independently deliver projects, manage priorities, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with Tines, GCP, regulated environments, CMMC, FedRAMP, or Microsoft 365 GCC High
- Experience supporting secure enterprise AI adoption or preparing systems documentation for compliance
