What you'll do
- Build and ship send-time and frequency optimization, recommendation, and campaign-personalization capabilities
- Own the model lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering through training, deployment, monitoring, and experimentation
- Scale data pipelines and model-serving architectures
- Partner with backend and platform teams on feature serving, data architecture, and engineering standards
- Mentor engineers and help set the technical direction for machine learning
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on machine learning engineering experience deploying complex models at scale
- Production experience building and scaling Databricks and Spark data pipelines
- Experience taking deep-learning and ensemble models from training through production deployment
- Strong Python and/or Scala skills for maintainable production systems
- Experience with microservices, distributed compute such as Ray or Spark, and Kubernetes
- Pragmatic focus on latency, reliability, and measurable customer impact
Nice to have
- Large-scale recommendation systems experience
- Feature stores or model observability tools
- Terraform or Pulumi experience
