What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on MLE experience
- Databricks & Spark mastery
- Proven track record of production-level model engineering
- Strong Python and/or Scala skills
- Hands-on experience with microservice backends and Kubernetes
Nice to have
- Prior work on large-scale recommendation systems
- Experience with feature stores or model observability tools
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
