What you'll do
- Develop dense and sparse search retrieval models and query understanding capabilities.
- Build end-to-end visual and multimodal search solutions.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate transformer models.
- Own models from problem framing through production rollout.
- Design and run A/B tests to evaluate model impact.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience shipping production machine learning systems.
- Experience with search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating transformer models.
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills, plus fluency with Spark and Airflow.
- Experience owning models end to end and running A/B tests.
- Excellent English communication skills.
