What you'll do
- Fine-tune LLMs to evaluate search relevance across queries and product catalogs
- Develop real-time reranking, filtering, and signal computation systems
- Build automated quality monitoring and agent-based systems that recommend improvements
- Analyze query logs and optimize LLM inference for scale and latency
What we're looking for
- 4+ years shipping production machine learning systems
- Experience with search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM deployments
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills; fluency in SQL and data orchestration tools such as Spark or Airflow
- Experience designing and running A/B tests
- Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
