What you'll do

• Develop and automate analytical workflows
• Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau
• Partner with Data Engineering for data workflows
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for strategic questions
• Monitor data quality and identify anomalies
• Document analytical methodologies for optimization

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in business intelligence or data analytics
• Strong SQL skills with cloud data warehouses
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
• Working knowledge of Python and/or R
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms
• Experience using Git/GitHub for version control
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer lending or credit risk modeling
• Passion for AI tools and generative AI
• Familiarity with dbt or analytics engineering
• Exposure to machine learning concepts
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
