What you'll do

• Own internal communications strategy and execution across the company
• Develop company messaging and communications plans for organizational changes and important announcements
• Partner with executives and teams on sensitive or complex issues
• Lead All Hands editorial strategy, content development, production, and live programming
• Find company stories and speakers, and develop new All Hands formats
• Measure engagement and feedback to improve communications and programming

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience developing communications strategies for complex transitions
• Strong project management and production skills across multiple timelines
• Excellent judgment, curiosity, and ability to ask tough questions and seek clarity
• Creative approach to internal programming, with a willingness to experiment and measure results
