What you'll do
- Own internal communications strategy and company-wide messaging.
- Partner with executives and teams on sensitive issues and organizational changes.
- Lead All Hands editorial strategy, content development, speaker preparation, and production.
- Find compelling company stories and develop new All Hands segments and formats.
- Measure employee engagement and feedback to improve communications.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Experience developing communications strategy for complex transitions and delivering detailed programming.
- Strong judgment, curiosity, creativity, and willingness to ask tough questions and seek clarity.
- Strong project management and production skills; able to manage multiple timelines.
- Ability to experiment with programming, measure results, and adapt.
