About this role

Lead company-wide internal communications and help employees understand important decisions, changes, and company news. Own Twitch’s All Hands programming, developing engaging content and formats while using employee feedback and engagement data to improve it.

What you'll do

• Own internal communications strategy and execution across the company
• Develop company messaging and communications plans for organizational changes and other important announcements
• Partner with executives and teams on sensitive or complex communications
• Lead All Hands editorial strategy, content development, speaker preparation, and production planning
• Find employee, company, and community stories and develop engaging All Hands segments
• Measure employee engagement and feedback to improve communications and programming

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience developing communications strategies for complex transitions
• Strong project management and production skills across multiple timelines
• Ability to ask tough questions and bring clarity to company messaging
• Creative instincts for storytelling and engaging internal programming
• Comfort experimenting with formats and using feedback and data to improve them
