What you'll do
- Create, animate, and edit campaign video content from first cut through final polish
- Develop YouTube-first concepts and adapt videos for Meta
- Use performance metrics to test, iterate, and improve creative output
- Evaluate tools and develop AI-assisted animation workflows
- Set motion-design standards and review work as the final expert voice
- Manage and mentor junior creatives, freelancers, and agency partners
- Build reusable templates and systems to improve production speed and reduce costs
What we're looking for
- 5–7+ years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience, with a strong end-to-end reel
- Expert proficiency with After Effects, Premiere, or comparable tools
- Deep experience creating YouTube-first video content and adapting assets for Meta
- Native or fluent German and excellent written and verbal English
- Strong understanding of German-speaking market trends, consumer behavior, and localization
- Experience using performance data to inform creative decisions
- Experience mentoring or managing junior designers, freelancers, or agencies
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver high-volume work on tight deadlines
