What you'll do
- Establish the OTC operating model, processes, controls, and team; hire and develop the team.
- Set policies for usage-based and committed billing, invoice adjustments, and collections.
- Own billing systems that map metered usage to contract entitlements and billable usage.
- Lead billing process and system improvements, including automation and AI adoption.
- Maintain accounts receivable health and coordinate collections with Sales.
- Support close activities, reconciliations, contract reviews, and OTC audit requests.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of progressive order-to-cash and billing operations experience.
- 5+ years focused on billing and collections in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with automation tools, ERP systems, and marketplace platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex contracts and datasets.
- Experience designing internal controls and documentation for audit readiness and SOX compliance.
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
