What you'll do

- Own the risk and return alert queues
- Investigate cases and document the reasoning
- Identify patterns in case flow
- Maintain playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Own return rate monitoring and bank partner responses
- Plan analyst capacity and report service levels
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in payments, banking, or lending risk operations
- At least 3 years managing teams
- Experience running a queue-based operation
- ACH or EFT domain expertise
- Hands-on ownership of first-line controls
- High standard of written work
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics
