Security Operations and Resilience Engineering (SOR) program
What you'll do
- Lead security incidents and investigations from assessment through recovery and post-incident review
- Serve as incident commander for major events and coordinate technical and cross-functional responders
- Guide root-cause analyses, validate fixes, and drive corrective actions
- Manage and develop the technical response team and strengthen incident command across regions
- Build global readiness practices, including playbooks, escalation paths, exercises, and on-call readiness
- Improve response tooling, telemetry, detection, and automation, including safeguarded AI workflows
- Create executive dashboards and board-level risk reporting
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or a related field
- Experience leading major incidents in technology-driven, cloud-native environments
- Strong expertise in investigations, incident response, detection, root-cause analysis, or digital forensics
- Experience managing and developing technical teams
- Track record building scalable response practices, readiness, and security tooling
- Strong communication skills, including executive and board-level reporting
- Ability to make decisions amid ambiguity and drive remediation to completion
- Sound judgment applying AI to security operations with human oversight and safeguards
Nice to have
- Fintech or payments experience
- Familiarity with using threat intelligence to inform response
