The team
Strategic Operations, reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations.
What you'll do
- Build and manage programs that improve outcomes for high-priority customer accounts
- Support company planning, QBRs, objective tracking, and operating rhythms
- Create roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations
- Coordinate teams to resolve blockers, align priorities, and deliver shared outcomes
- Use AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation to improve program execution
What we're looking for
- 7–9+ years in strategic operations, business operations, program management, or a related field
- Track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Ability to turn broad objectives into practical plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes
- Strong judgment, analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities through delivery
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, product operations, or a similarly fast-moving environment
- Experience using AI tools or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency
