Lead Affirm’s EMEA technical recruiting strategy and team, supporting engineering hiring and international growth. Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, use data to improve recruiting outcomes, and build scalable processes across the region.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
• Own EMEA recruiting strategy and align hiring plans with business priorities
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders on scalable hiring strategies
• Use recruiting analytics and market insights to guide decisions and mitigate talent risks
• Improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience
• Collaborate with Talent Brand, Talent Operations, Compensation, and other People teams

What we're looking for

• 10+ years leading full-cycle technical recruiting, including engineering hiring at scale
• 5+ years leading and developing recruiting teams
• Deep EMEA talent-market knowledge; experience hiring in the UK, Poland, and Spain preferred
• Experience building hiring strategies in new or emerging markets
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Analytical skills and experience using recruiting data to shape strategy
• Track record leading teams through growth and change while delivering hiring results
