What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Market Associates executing high-volume optimisation workflows.
• Own regional business performance, including activity metrics, supply optimisation, and host-quality KPIs.
• Coordinate scaled outreach initiatives, roadshows, and regional events with Host Services and Community teams.
• Monitor dashboards and campaign results, identify performance gaps, and adjust team priorities.
• Improve operational processes, tooling, and workflows in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Standardise and scale effective account-management practices and targeted host outreach.

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience managing teams, preferably in scaled account management.
• Experience in operations, sales, or project leadership in a performance-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in high-volume workflows with clear metrics and goals.
• Strong organisational and program-execution skills.
• Data-oriented, with the ability to use dashboards and insights to guide decisions and coaching.
• Clear communicator who can translate strategy into actionable guidance.
• Able to partner cross-functionally and deliver against shared goals.
