What you'll do
- Own the day-to-day delivery and quality of recurring media intelligence services
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and editorial quality
- Summarize, select, tag, categorize, and group media coverage
- Manage client briefs, deadlines, service changes, and delivery risks
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Maintain service documentation and support sample and trial services
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in media monitoring, media intelligence, media analysis, editorial operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience reviewing and validating media content and creating summaries or digests
- Strong editorial judgment and concise writing skills
- Experience independently managing recurring client deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfort working with automated and AI-supported workflows
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-supported editorial, media monitoring, content analysis, or QA workflows
- Experience analyzing coverage across multiple markets, geographies, or languages
- Client-facing or service-delivery experience
- Experience collaborating across teams to resolve operational or content-quality issues
