What you'll do

What we're looking for
- 4+ years building and operating production software
- Working understanding of LLM architecture and behavior
- Solid SQL, Python, and event-driven design experience
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features and observability
- Experience designing evaluations
- Cloud platform experience, ideally GCP
- Ability to lead ambiguous projects from ideation through delivery and maintenance
- Technical oversight and mentoring experience
Nice to have
- Experience with voice agents, telephony, STT, TTS, and latency budgets
- Healthcare or other regulated-domain experience
- Experience designing experiments and interpreting results
