The team

Luxe Vetting team within the Homes Enterprise team.

What you'll do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end listing onboarding operations.
• Develop acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional partners.
• Identify and close tooling and process gaps.
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships.
• Lead shared programs from planning through execution.
• Track program metrics, diagnose performance issues, and take corrective action.
• Represent the team in cross-functional and leadership forums.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in program or operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth environment.
• Experience owning a pipeline or funnel from design through ongoing operations, including budget and vendor accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to build dashboards and use data to guide decisions.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including dashboards, reports, and troubleshooting pipeline or automation issues.
• Able to adapt quickly, navigate a matrixed organization, and work across Sales, Product, and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Advanced data analytics skills, such as SQL.
