Senior Operations Manager, Luxe Vetting

About this role

Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding process for new Airbnb Luxe listings, helping grow a curated marketplace of high-end homes. Build acquisition and onboarding programs, maintain a healthy supply pipeline, and use performance data to meet growth and quality targets.

The team

Luxe Vetting team within the Homes Enterprise team.

What you'll do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end listing onboarding operations.
• Build acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional partners.
• Identify tooling and process gaps and build durable systems.
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships.
• Lead shared programs from planning through execution.
• Track program metrics, diagnose performance issues, and take corrective action.
• Represent the team in cross-functional and leadership forums.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in program or operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth environment.
• Experience owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, including budgets and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience building dashboards and using data to make decisions.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including dashboards, reports, and troubleshooting pipeline or automation issues.
• Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization with Sales, Product, and technical teams.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Advanced data analytics skills, such as SQL.
