The team

Central Strategy and Operations (S&O) team

What you'll do

• Own and continuously improve annual planning and related workstreams.
• Build and scale central operations systems, automations, data pipelines, and AI-augmented workflows.
• Design and run leadership operating forums and support strategic discussions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and address root causes across teams.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience, including operations roles at high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success building operational systems and measurably improving how an organization operates.
• Deep experience with planning, goal-setting, resource allocation, and operating cadence design.
• Analytical rigor and ability to work directly with data and metrics.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independently driving problems to completion.
• Technical proficiency with AI tools and automation approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience with Stripe or similar complex platform businesses.
• Familiarity with modern planning tools, workflow automation, and operational data infrastructure.
