What you'll do
- Manage partner configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting
- Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners
- Resolve partner-level escalations, involving internal teams as needed
- Prepare and deliver partner business reviews
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders
- Coordinate with Partner Sales, Client and Data Operations, Product, and Customer Success; flag risks early
