Senior Partner Solutions Architect, Strategic Partnerships

About this role

The Senior Partner Solutions Architect will own the technical strategy and validation of joint work with GitLab's strategic partners. This role focuses on turning partner and customer needs into integrations while influencing product design and building business cases for joint efforts. Responsibilities include managing AI model evaluations and facilitating workshops with partners.

What you'll do

• Own the technical strategy for strategic partners
• Turn technology roadmaps into integration opportunities
• Resolve complex technical issues across systems
• Manage AI model evaluation process with partners
• Design and facilitate workshops and reviews
• Build business cases for technical efforts
• Influence product design with partner feedback
• Coordinate across various technical teams

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Senior Solutions Architect or similar role
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on cloud architecture experience with at least one hyperscaler
• Knowledge of AI model evaluation frameworks
• Experience designing technical workshops
• Autonomous and self-driven
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to travel quarterly

Nice to have

• Cloud cost or FinOps experience
• Experience with large language model APIs
• Experience in model evaluation frameworks
