- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Configure and maintain HRIS systems
- Provide self-service support for employees
What we're looking for
- Experience in People Operations in a fast-moving company of 100+ employees
- Hands-on experience with French payroll and compliance
- HRIS experience, preferably with Hibob
- Strong automation and systems mindset
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to operate independently in a small team
