What you'll do
- Conduct customer research and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Develop user journeys, personas, and product hypotheses

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback and tradeoffs
- Iterate on designs in an agile product environment
- Communicate design rationale and build alignment across the organization
- Identify gaps and improve design processes as the company scales
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience developing web experiences
- Experience in B2B, preferably SaaS
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, InVision, Miro, Mural, or similar tools
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and style guides
- Experience with interaction design, UI design, and creating mockups or comps
- BA/BS or relevant work experience
