What you'll do
- Design the travel journey from discovery and search through booking and post-booking.
- Improve search, filters, sorting, comparison, map and list views, and loading behavior.
- Use analytics and research to identify opportunities and build roadmap cases.
- Prototype, test, and run A/B experiments.
- Contribute to Travel strategy, roadmap planning, and the Atlas design system.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating craft and measurable outcomes.
- Experience owning end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Experience with complex, data-dense interfaces.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Ability to advance work without a clear brief.
- Expertise in Figma and design system maintenance.
Nice to have
- Travel, marketplace, or e-commerce design experience, especially multi-supplier inventory or dynamic pricing.
- Consumer-facing mobile app design experience.
- Experience with data science and A/B testing tools such as Amplitude.
- Motion design experience.
