The team

What you'll do
- Design elegant, intuitive interfaces and own product copy.
- Contribute to product vision, planning, and roadmap.
- Improve the design system.
- Document design decisions and context for an asynchronous team.
- Use AI tools for research, prototyping, and iteration.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Design with accessibility and internationalization in mind.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- Experience at a startup or fast-moving product company.
- Portfolio demonstrating functional, simple, and delightful interfaces.
- Experience building and improving design systems.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience using AI design tools, including for prototyping.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and conducting independent research.
