What you'll do
- Contribute design perspectives to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into clear, usable designs.
- Deliver polished end-to-end experiences balancing usability and craft.
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with product managers and engineers, using AI tools.
- Help evolve design patterns and components in the design system.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience turning ideas into shipped products.
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to difficult product problems.
- Experience across discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and AI-assisted prototypes.
- Self-starter who works collaboratively and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across time zones.
- Based in Porto and willing to travel occasionally to New York and San Francisco.
