What we're looking for
- 7+ years of design experience in B2B/enterprise software
- Portfolio of effective designs for complex products
- Experience running qualitative research
- Ability to balance design decisions across multiple considerations
- Collaborate across remote teams and time-zones
- Attention to detail in a technical product space
- Experience in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces
- Ability to understand complex technical domains quickly
- Domain knowledge in observability or cloud infrastructure
