What you'll do
- Design clear ways to explore relationships across complex systems
- Translate research and data into easy-to-understand experiences for different user groups
- Collaborate with product, engineering, technical writing, go-to-market, and design colleagues
- Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Document user needs, pain points, design decisions, trade-offs, and detailed feature designs
- Conduct qualitative research and contribute to quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience, ideally with B2B or enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating effective designs for complex products in fast-paced environments
- Experience conducting qualitative research in complex domains
- Ability to balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research, and technical constraints
- Strong collaboration skills across locations and time zones
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn a highly technical product area
- Experience working autonomously and transparently in a fully remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience designing clear, data-dense interfaces
- Experience designing for developers or other technical users
- Knowledge of observability, cloud infrastructure, or database monitoring
- Experience helping design teams improve their practice and cross-functional impact
